Battle of the Bids (BOB) is a platform where the clients of CoStar Group's Ten-X can sign up and bid on their preferred commercial real estate properties. The features of the site include a live auction, countdown clock, and visual indication of winning or outbid amount. When the auction is over, the bidders would get a summary sheet to see if any of their properties had won and if any prizes had won as well. The summary sheet would also include their rankings for the auction.
